Founding partners Joseph Leo CPA, CFF (bottom left) and Ronnie Dutton CPA, CFF (bottom right) are dedicated to economic loss measurement and financial loss analysis in commercial insurance and litigation matters. Together they have a combined experience of over 35 years concentrating in forensic accounting and litigation support.  Their background includes tenures at two national CPA firms – Campos & Stratis and Hagen, Streiff, Newton & Oshiro.  Joe began his career with C&S in Dallas, subsequently moving to Houston in 1988 to establish their Houston office and later achieving the level of Partner in 1993.  In 1997, Joe became associated with HSNO as a Partner, administering their Houston office.  Ronnie began his career with C&S in Dallas in 1992.  Ronnie moved to Houston in 1994 and became associated with HSNO in 1997, achieving the level of manager of the firm’s Houston office.  Both are licensed CPAs in the state of Texas who also hold the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants' credential of CFF (Certified in Financial Forensics).  They also have been designated as expert witnesses in litigation matters and have testimony experience in both deposition and in the courtroom.
